In the XVI century the representative-defensive castle was built on the mound in Pilaite, the suburb of Vilnius, Lithuania. Now the castle is gone and tall trees have grown all over the place. An immersive natural environment replaced the human-made structures. Before the castle was built, the top of the hill was transformed into the rectangular terrace. This is where the mirror platform of ‘Reflexio’ takes it’s place and shape. Pre-programmed lighting sequences reveal the environment by slowly shifting tones and colours of light.
