As a Lithuanian designer and light artist based in Copenhagen, my journey in this field began after completing a master's degree in Art (Lighting Design) from Edinburgh in 2014.

Since then, my practice has involved lighting consultancy, conducting workshops, and creating lighting designs for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Light is an essential element in my work, shaping site-specific installations for public or private spaces. Beyond its functional aspect, I approach light as a creative medium that can shape our spatial experiences, as well as narrate stories. Light also acts as inspiration for curiosity-driven research and experimentation with materiality when designing objects. In collaboration with architect Ieva Baranauskaite, we run our studio "Daydreaming Objects", crafting luminous creations and luminaires.
